Death Metal at it’s Finest: Cannibal Corpse/Cattle Decapitation/Soreption/Empure Concert Review

  • Date of Concert: October 19, 2015
  • Location of Concert: The V Club in Huntington, WV
  • Openers: Cattle Decapitation, Soreption, and Empure

My cousin Zachary and I went to a Death Metal concert.

We saw headliners Cannibal Corpse, with openers Cattle Decapitation, Soreption, and Empure.

I’m not a huge fan of Death Metal (Zachary loves it), but I respect it.

And Cannibal Corpse is definitely my favorite DM band.

They are the biggest DM band around, and for mainstream audiences, they are known for being in the movie Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

They, along with the openers, all played very loud, solid, kicking sets.

We both had a great time.

I don’t have a lot to see in this review, but I’ll just end by saying it was fun and I’m glad we went.
