The Who Discography Rankings

The Who are one of the biggest bands of all time.

They’re right there with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

They were once in The Guinness Book of World Records as the loudest band in the world.

Singer Roger Daltrey, guitarist/songwriter/keyboardist/singer Pete Townshend, bassist/singer John Entwistle (RIP) and drummer Keith Moon (RIP) are hugely influential and have made such an impact on music.

Roger and Pete are still going strong as I type this.

Here is my ranking of their discography.  I’m not going to include every live album because there are quite a few.  They’re all good, trust me, but I’ll include a few.  I’m mostly focusing on the studio albums

  1. Who’s Next
  2. It’s Hard
  3. Quadrophenia
  4. Who Are You
  5. Tommy
  6. The Who By Numbers
  7. Face Dances
  8. The Blues To The Bush (live album)
  9. A Quick One (While He’s Away)
  10. Endless Wire
  11. WHO
  12. The Who Sings My Generation
  13. Live At Leeds (live album)
  14. The Who Sell Out

Seek out these albums.  All of the members of The Who have done solo albums too and seek out those too.
